Renovation of a historic possessió on the outskirts of Santa Maria del Camí, listed as a Site of Cultural Interest. Although its origins span several centuries, its current configuration is the result of an 18th-century intervention.
The project proposes a respectful restoration of the estate, removing more recent additions and using techniques, materials and solutions characteristic of traditional Mallorcan architecture, with the aim of restoring its original character across the façades, gardens and interior spaces.
