A project that breathes history and exclusivity. On a 6,000 m² plot with views of the Mediterranean, this traditional Mallorcan estate takes its name from a prominent figure in Spain. The original house was expanded, and on the segregated land, a second dwelling was built, connected by an underground corridor. With pure Mediterranean volumes and a unique location, each room has been designed to frame the vastness of the sea.
